“In Monaco, the BELLECOUR Architectes studio has delivered an exemplary and innovative 43-meter project: the Carmelha Tower, renamed A Fighera upon completion.

Committed to the energy transition, the Principality aimed to develop innovative and bio-based infrastructures. Located in the residential district of La Rousse, the project faced multiple design challenges.”
